What's your return policy?

A. 30-Day Free Replacement

If your Brinyte Light is defective under normal use with 30 days ,we will replace or repair it for free.

B. 2-Year Free Repairs

If your Brinyte Light has problems with product performance, such as not light up, burst flash function failure, function button failure, we will repair the item for free. Please note, the free repair doesn't include accessories, for example the clip, O-rings, lanyard damage ,etc. Note, the Warranty Service exclude accessories .

How to process a warranty?

After confirmation ,our customer service will get back to you 48h and help you to make it right.Note , for the light outside 30 days free return, you need to cover the shipping to return the light back to us.


What are the payment options? 

Now ,we accept Paypal and Credit Card for payment. You can click "Buy it now " to enter the check out page then choose the payment method and place the order .

Why am I being taxed? 

We anticipate that Brinyte's 2021 sales in many U.S. states would pass the threshold set by those states to report, collect, and submit applicable sales tax.  Per requirement, Brinyte needs to register with those states for their corresponding business license(s).  If a separate sales tax is listed in your invoice, it means that we have registered with the state you reside and are collecting the sales tax on behalf of the state.  The collected  sales tax are submitted directly to the corresponding state government. 

Not received the order confirmation email.

Why my order still shows awaiting payment/canceled but the money was taken from my account? 

We completely apologize if you are experiencing this issue. Please send us a website live chat request or emailservice@brinyte.comwith the transaction ID. We will make sure that the issue is corrected.

Why the shipment still pre-shipment for several days?

Missing item.

Due to the large build-up of orders during the Sales period and the different inventory quantities in each warehouse, we have to split your order and send them out separately. If you received your order missing one or two items, please no worries, it may be split into two orders. The tracking information will be emailed to you once it's shipped.
