Brinyte Warranty & Return Policy

At Brinyte, we always put the interests of customers in the first place , professional after-sale, quick reply. If your Brinyte product experiences any issues, please feel free to contact us, we take responsibility for all Brinyte products.

The following warranty policy applies to products purchased directly from this website. If you purchased the item from a third-party platform, we recommend that you contact the original seller for assistance first . If you can not get in touch with the original seller, then please contact us, we are willing to assist.
If we are unable to repair your product, we will promptly replace it with a product in perfect working condition, which will be of equal or better physical condition. If your purchase is a discontinued Brinyte product, we will replace it with another Brinyte product of the same or higher value.

Warranty Service

Warranty Period Content Notice
Free replacement within 30 days Replacement or repair with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. 1.To qualify for a return, please make sure the item is in brand new condition.
2.All shipping costs are borne by the seller.
2-year warranty All flashlights/torches/lamps, etc. 1.This warranty does not apply to products or parts that have been modified, misused, abused, or repaired without authorization.

3.You will need to cover the shipping cost to return the item back to us.
Brinyte will be responsible for the shipping cost when the item is sent back to you and all repair fee.
1-year warranty Batteries, chargers, charging cables, remote switches, mounts, etc.
No warranty clips, traffic wands, headbands, lanyards, O-rings, holsters, etc.
3-year extended warranty service  The extended warranty service covers only lamps and does not include accessories, consumables.
Limited lifetime warranty The lifetime warranty service only for flashlights/torches, lamps and does not include accessories, consumables. 1. The lifetime warranty does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage or appearance damage, etc;
2. You can request warranty service at service@brinyte.com.
3.You are responsible for all the shipping fee and repair fee.

Orders that are not shipped after being placed You can cancel your order by contacting us at any time within 2 working days of placing your order and receive a full refund. 1. All products must be returned to us in full resale condition.
2. You need to return the item through the insurance parcel service and keep proof of postage.
