The following warranty policy applies to products purchased directly from our official website.
If you purchased your item through a third-party platform, we recommend contacting the original seller first for assistance. If you are unable to reach the original seller, you are welcome to contact us, and we will do our best to help.
If we are unable to repair your product, we will replace it with a fully functional unit in equal or better condition. In the case that your product has been discontinued, we will provide a replacement with another Brinyte product of the same or higher value.
